Redesigning the website, content strategy



Les rôtisseries Benny is a family business with a history going back 59 years. The brand’s success is attributable to three fundamental principles: quality at an affordable price; generous portions; and an excellent service that has always remained authentic. 


With six outlets on Montreal’s South Shore and 70 delivery vehicles, Les rôtisseries Benny is prouder than ever to offer its customers tasty meals over the counter, either for takeout or delivery by ordering online or by phone. 

The objective


Update the user interface through a complete redesign of the website, the main goal being to encourage online ordering. 

The inspiration


The website’s new design needed to maintain the brand’s values of tradition and authenticity. Thus, several visual components such as the font, the style of the images and videos, the textures and more served to remind users that Les rôtisseries Benny has been serving meals to families for over three generations. 

The concept


The navigation process for the users was designed in such a way as to meet the main objective of the website, which was to encourage online ordering. Calls to action can thus be found at various strategic places throughout the interface, along with animated features that serve to make the navigation more fun and interactive. 


In order to maximize efficiency, we developed a content strategy for social media in order to help Les rôtisseries Benny build strong ties with its communities, and thank its customers for their loyal support over the past 59 years.
