We celebrate curiosity. With workshops, training sessions and talks, we’re committed to offering our employees ongoing ways to feed their minds. There are lunch hour talks (affectionately known as Karaoke!) given by colleagues and guests on the topics you’re passionate about. Are you hoping to teach, write a book, continue your studies or take part in a hackathon? We’re behind you all the way.
Your schedule, your way
We accept you as you are, whether you’re an early riser or need a little extra time to kick-start your day. You decide when you come in and leave, as long as you’re available between 9:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. On Fridays, you can even leave at 3 p.m. It’s up to you!
And we won’t judge if you want to telecommute in your pyjamas.
Be happy at work
Archipel’s work environment has a feel-good atmosphere that makes employees, well, feel good. But what exactly makes for a happy workplace? Working in inspiring, creative spaces? Enjoying coffee together at the bar or an end-of-day glass of wine on Thursdays? Music? Those certainly help, but there’s more to it than that. Building genuine relationships, knowing that your ideas are heard, receiving help when you need it, having opportunities to grow and feeling like you have the support you need to get there: that’s what makes a happy workplace. And that’s surely the biggest advantage of working at a human-scale agency.
We work hard. We play hard, too.
We know that agency work is fast paced. But that doesn’t mean we can’t have fun doing it. We have little ways of keeping things fun throughout each day: foosball games, picnics at the park, our summer party, cookies baked fresh in our kitchen, themed potlucks, dessert days, creative cocktails, half days in the summer—the list goes on.
Speaking of our offices…
Our workspaces are more than just spaces to work. They’re where we have discussions, take time to think, get organized, innovate, create and have fun. Our office is a 15-minute drive from Montreal (with free parking!) and is located near Longueuil metro station. The neighbourhood offers everything you need for your every day, with restaurants, cafés, bakeries and a grocery store. We look forward to having you here!
